Shawn Joseph, author of the new book, The Principal’s Guide to the First 100 Days of the School Year, joins us to talk about some key elements of school leadership, including why success for school leaders is largely determined by the quality of the team you keep around you. He also addresses the increasingly important topic of data, and why the principal needs to function as the data leader of the school building. A finalist for the National Principal of the Year Award, Dr. Joseph is currently the Superintendent of the Seaford School District in Delaware.
