Dr. Robert Manley has been a teacher and served in a variety of administrative positions for over twenty years including superintendent of schools in West Babylon, New York. Currently, he is professor of educational administration and leadership at Dowling College in New York. Dr. Richard Hawkins is also a former teacher who went on to become superintendent of the William Floyd School District in New York for almost twelve years. He serves as an adjunct associate professor in the M.A. and Ed.D. programs in educational leadership at Dowling College.
